This is the fifth bail application filed by the applicant under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of bail relating to FIR No. 156/2022 dated 19.4.2022, registered at Police Station-Betul Bazar District Betul (M.P.) for the offence under Section 307/34 of IPC and Section 25/ 27 of Arms Act. He is in detention since 23.04.2022.
