ORDER

This is third application filed by the applicant under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 ( Section 439 of CrPC, 1973 ) for grant of regular bail relating to FIR No.109/2024, dated 01.02.2024, registered at Police Station – Maihar, District – Maihar (M.P.) for commission of offence punishable under Sections 8(b), 21 , 22 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 and Section 5/13 of M.P. Drugs (Control) Act, 1949 . Applicant is in detention since 06.03.2024.

2. Applicant's first bail application was dismissed on merit vide order dated 19.12.2024 by a passing detailed order in M. C r. C . No.40558 of 2024. His second bail application was dismissed as withdrawn and not pressed only 28 days ago vide order dated 04.04.2025 passed in M. C r. C . No.13994 of 2025. The order of dismissal of applicant’s bail application passed in M. C r. C . No.40558 of 2024 on 19.12.2024 by this C ourt was assailed by the applicant before Hon’ble the Supreme C ourt by filing Special Leave Petition ( C riminal) Diary No.3980/2025 [Ankit Bung Alias Maheshwari Vs.
