ORDER This petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs : "(i) This Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ in nature of Mandamus’ directing the respondents to grant one annual increment with all monitory benefits on completion of further one year of service from month of January 2015 to December 2015 to the petitioner as mentioned in writ petition, should be paid as on 1st January 2016.

(ii) Consequently this Hon’ble Court kindly be pleased also issue writ in nature of ‘Mandamus’ directing the respondents’ authority to grant the benefit of annual increment which was to be added and re-calculate .the benefit of retiral dues and pension and issue fresh PPO in favor of the petitioner along with interest @ 12% p.a.

(iii) Any other relief which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case,
