This petition coming on for admission this day, the court passed the following:

ORDER

Petitioners seek issuance of necessary direction to the respondents to pay arrears of minimum of pay scale of Rs.5,200 to 20,200/- with grade pay of Rs.1900/- since 07.02.2004 as has been accorded/granted to the similarly situated employees vide Annexure P-4 and Annexure P-5 along with consequential relief.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioners would be satisfied in case their representation dated 10.08.2022 (Annexure P-7) before the respondent no.3 is ordered to be decided in accordance with law in a time bound manner.

The aforesaid prayer is innocuous to be accepted at this stage.

This petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no.3/competent authority to consider the pending representation of the petitioners and pass appropriate order in accordance with law preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
