ORDER

This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. by the petitioners for quashing the FIR crime No.208/2023 registered at police Station Jaura, Distt. Morena, for the offence under Section 3-A/4 of the M.P. Recognized Examination Act, 1937 read with Sections 409, 120-B of IPC and Sections 72, 74 of the I.T. Act and all consequential proceedings arising out of it.

As per prosecution case, on 20.03.2023 when Block Education Officer Shri B.K.Sharma reached Center No.112246 Ashashkiya Central Academy Jaura for inspection of examination conducted by Madhyamik Shiksha Mandal Madhya Pradesh Bhopal, he found the activities of Kendradyaksha (Head of Center) Pratap Singh Narwariya to be suspicious. Then he went to the office and examined envelopes of question paper of science and found that on envelope No.125403 there was no signatures of Head of Center, Signature Not Verified Signed by: MADHU Invigilator and students and it bore signatures of only Prekshak (Observer). On suspicion, mobile phones of teachers Rakesh Rawat, Bhupendra Yadav, Pawan Sharma and Gopal Parashar, who were on duty, were examined and it was found that they have forwarded objective questions of paper o
