Learned counsel for petitioner, at the outset, has submitted that the case of the petitioner is fully covered by the order dated 1/4/2022 passed by this court in Misc. Petition No. 3505/2020 in the case of Municipal Corporation Dhar Vs. Salamuddin.

This Court in the case of Salamuddin (supra) had passed the following order:-

The petitioner has filed the present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, being aggrieved by impugned orders dated 27.05.2019 (Annexure-P/3), 26.09.2019 (Annexure-P/6) and 31.01.2020 (Annexure-P/7), whereby ex-parte award has been passed against the petitioner. Two different applications under Order 9 Rule 13 of the Code of Civil Procedure,
