This application coming on for orders this day, the court passed the following:

ORDER

Heard on admission and on IA No.4938/2022 for condonation of delay.

This is a application for restoration of writ petition, which has been dismissed on account of peremptory order dated 31.03.2022.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in compliance to the said order, the applicant paid the process fee on 30.04.2022. There was a delay in payment of PF therefore, the petition has been dismissed on account of peremptory order.

Considering the aforesaid submission and taking into consideration that the process fee was paid with delay therefore, I am of the view that sufficient cause has been shown for restoration of the case.

Accordingly, the application is allowed.

Office is directed to restore WP No.7590/2021 to its original number.

The delay in filling the restoration application is condoned.

A copy of this order be kept in WP No.7590/2021.

Since the process fee has already been paid by the petitioner, office is directed to issue notice in the writ petition on the PF paid by the petitioner as Signature Not Verified Signed by: SOURABH YADAV per the Court order.
