ORDER

This Criminal Revision under Section 397 (1) read with Section

401 of Cr.P.C has been filed against the order dated 30.05.2022 passed by Special Judge, the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, Datia in Special Sessions Trial No.10/2021 by which the application made by the applicant to examine Dr. S.K. Khangar posted in district hospital Datia as his defence witness has been rejected.

It is the case of applicant that he is facing trial for offence under Sections 363, 366, 376(2)(n)
