This CONTEMPT CASE coming on for orders this day, the court passed the following:

ORDER

Perused the record.

This contempt petition under Article 215 of the Constitution of India read with Section 12 of the Contempt of Court Act, 1971 has been filed by the petitioner (s) alleging non-compliance on the part of the respondent (s) in respect of order passed by this Court on Signature Not Verified Signed by: RAMESH

05.07.2022 (Annexure C/1) in Writ Petition No.12594/2022 which was disposed of by passing the following order / directions: -

“Considering the aforesaid grievance of the petitioner, I deem it proper to dispose of the petition with a direction to respondent No.2 to consider the grievance of the petitioner in accordance with law and to also hold an enquiry o n the allegation that his house properties and fencing in question were demolished without passing any order under section 248 of MPLRC. The respondent No.2 will pass the order in those proceedings in accordance with law if the order is not already passed, within a period of one month from the date of communication of this order.

Till the proceeding under section 248 MPLRC is concluded by the respondent No.2, no further coercive action shall be taken by him against the petitioner.”

Vide order dated 10^th August, 2022, this Court disposed of the present contempt case and has directed the respondent, that “In view of the available facts of the case, it is directed that the afore- said order be complied with by respondent (s) within a further period of ONE MONTH from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. However, it is also observed that the order passed by the Writ Court on 05.07.2022 shall continue to operate till the conclusion of the proceedings under Section 248 of MPLRC by the concerned respondent.”

Now the case is listed for consideration of IA No.6037/2022 an application as per Chapter II and amended Rule 30-A of the Madhya Pradesh High Court Rules for extension of time to submit compliance report.

In the aforesaid interlocutory application, the respondent has prayed for further one month time to submit compliance report.
