This petition coming on for admission/order this day, the court passed the following:
ORDER
This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following reliefs:-
"(a) That, to call for the entire relevant record from the possession of the respondent, for its kind perusal;
(b) That, to quash and set aside the impugned order/ rejection slip Annexure P/1 issued by Respondent authorities;
(c) That, to command and direct the respondent authorities to appoint or hold the seat for the petitioner to the post of Constable (GD) in Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs), NIA, SSF, and Rifleman (GD) in Assam Rifles in terms of recruitment notice Annexure P/2 along with all consequential benefits like pay, perk, status, seniority, interest and arrears arising therefrom, in the interest of justice;
(d) To command and direct the respondents to do the medical fitness test of the petitioner.
(e) To allow this petition which cost and to pass such order(s) as the Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the fact and circumstances of the case to grant relief to the petitioner."
Counsel for the petitioner submits that for the aforesaid relief, the petitioner had also filed a representation which has not yet been decided.
Counsel for the respondents has submitted that if the petitioner files a fresh Signature Not Verified representation, then the same will be considered and decided in accordance with law within a time bound period.
Hence, without commenting upon the merits of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file a fresh representation along with all relevant documents before the respondent No.3/7/competent authority within a period of two weeks which shall be decide by the respondent No.3/7/competent authority in accordance with law by a reasoned and speaking order within a further period of four weeks.
