ORDER The applicant has filed instant first application under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 /438 of Cr.P.C. seeking grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Crime No. 284/2025 registered at Police Station Chanderi, District Ashoknagar (M.P.) for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 420, 409 of IPC.
