ORDER Appellant has preferred this criminal appeal under Section 374(2) of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, challenging the judgment dated 28.01.2025 passed by Special Judge NDPS Act, District-Rewa in SC. No.11 of 2018, whereby, appellant has been convicted under Section 8/20(B) of NDPS Act and sentenced to undergo R.I. for one year and with fine of Rs.3,000/- with default stipulation.
