ORDER This criminal appeal under section 14-A(2) of the SC & ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 is preferred being aggrieved by the order dated 16.06.2025 by Special Judge (POA) Act, 1989, district Badwani, whereby the application for anticipatory bail in connection with crime no.15/2025 registered at PS, Mahila Thana, Badwani, district Badwani under section 69 of the BNS, 2023 and section 3 (2)(v) of the SC & ST (POA) Act, 1989 has been rejected.

Facts in brief are that prosecutrix lodged a report at PS Signature Not Verified Signed by: HARIKUMAR Mahila Thana, Badwani on 08.06.2025 alleging that she belonged to scheduled tribe enumerated at serial no.4 of the list prepared for scheduled tribe.
