ORDER The applicant has filed the second bail application under Section 4 83 of BNSS , 2023/439 of the Cr.P.C. seeking grant of regular bail in connection with Crime No.282/2024 registered at Police Station Gohad, District Bhind (M.P.) for the alleged commission of offences under Sections 80, 85, 3 (4) of BNS and 3/4 of Dowry Act .
2. The prosecution story, in short, is that the marriage of the applicant with the deceased took place on 04.03.2024 who was found to be dead in unnatural circumstances on 29.07.2024 just within a period of five months by hanging and therefore, the offence as stated above is registered against the applicant and other co-accused. Counsel appearing for the applicant submits that earlier (first bail application) bearing M.Cr.C.No.1575/2025 was permitted to be withdrawn vide order
