Thereafter, said Gandharv Singh and Signature Not Verified Signed by: NEETU another persons, who were not selected preferred writ petitions No.853/2004 and 2847/2004 respectively. Alongwith these two petitions, another writ petition No.2443/2004 was also preferred by Bhanwar Singh and others and all those writ petitions came to be decided vide a common order dated 31.10.2007, whereby the proceedings of selection committee dated 09.05.1999 were quashed and further directions were issued to respondent No.3 therein to convene fresh meeting of the selection committee to consider the cases afresh of the petitioners and the respondents therein for appointment on the post of Shikshakarmis in accordance with the rules prevailing at the time when the advertisement was issued and was directed that independent marks be awarded to them in accordance with their merits.
