442 of the BNSS , 2023 is preferred being aggrieved by the order dated 26.07.2024 in MJCR No.100/2021 by Principal Judge, Family Court, Shajapur whereby an amount of Rs.3,000/- per month in favour of petitioner no.1/wife and an amount of Rs.2,000/- per month in favour of petitioner no.2/daughter have been awarded under section 125 of the Cr.P.C, 1973 from the date of application i.e. 25.11.2021.

2. Facts in brief are that petitioner no.1 was married to respondent on 01.06.2015 and a child i.e. petitioner no.2 born to the couple on 29.03.2016.
