ORDER There is an office objection regarding territorial jurisdiction.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that in the present case, the impugned order dated 26.05.2025 contained in Annexure P/4 has been communicated to the residence of the petitioner which is at Rewa, therefore, this Court has territorial jurisdiction to deal with the present petition. It is contended by the counsel that in a case of Shrikishan Yadav vs. Commandant, Central Reserve Police Force and others reported in (2004) 1 MPLJ 205, the Division Bench of this Court has held that a petition is maintainable, taking into consideration the place of residence of the petitioner.
