ORDER

1] They are heard and perused the case diary.

2] This is the applicant's third bail application filed under Section

483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 / Section 439 of Cr.P.C. as he is implicated in connection with Crime No.1124/2024 registered at Police Station Lasudiya, District-Indore (MP) for offence punishable under Section s 319 and 318(4) Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. The applicant is in custody since 16.10.2024.

3] Earlier bail application of the applicant was dismissed as withdrawn by the coordinate Bench of this Court in MCRC.No.9352/2025 vide order dated 3/3/2025.

4] The allegation against the applicant is of fraud.

5] Counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant has already settled the matter with the complainant and the complainant has no objection if the present application is allowed. It is further submitted that the applicant is lodged in jail since 16.10.2024, and the final conclusion of trial will take sufficient long time.Thus, it is prayed that the application be allowed.
