ORDER This review petition under Order 47 Rule 1 CPC has been filed for review of order dated 08.05.2024 passed by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in M.P. No. 297/2022, by which miscellaneous petition filed by petitioners was dismissed on the ground that Revenue Courts have no jurisdiction to adjudicate the genuineness of Will.

2. The Hon'ble Judge, who had passed the order, has demitted his office, therefore, this petition has been listed before this Court.

3. The Hon'ble Judge had relied upon the judgment passed by the Supreme Court in the case of Jitendra Singh vs. State of M.P. , order dated 06.09.2021 passed in S.L.P. (Civil) No. 13146/2021 . Later on, aforesaid question was also referred to the Full Bench, and Full Bench of this Court, by order dated 14.02.2025 passed in W.P. No. 3499/2022 in the case of Anand Choudhary vs. State of M.P. & Others, has held as under:-
