ORDER This petition is filed seeking the following reliefs :

(i) To issue a writ in the nature of mandamus and direct the respondents to remove encroachment of public Road within stipulated period.

(ii) To pass any such other orders as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit under the circumstances of the case.

2. It is pointed out that the order passed by the authorities has not been executed; therefore, the petitioner has preferred a representation to the Collector Maihar District Maihar seeking execution of the order regarding removal of encroachment.

3. Counsel appearing for the respondents-State on advance notice has apprised this Court that there is material suppression by the petitioner before this Court. Against the order dated 02.05.2025 passed in execution proce
