"(i) To issue a writ of mandamus and set aside the impugned notice dated

11.06.2024 (Annexure P/10) issued by the respondent No.4.

(ii) To direct the respondents not to indulge into holding of de novo inquiries without any jurisdiction and without authority of law into matters with regard to acquisition of land for National Highway No.43, (earlier NH 78), and transactions related thereto with reference to the land of the petitioners.

(iii) To grant any other relief that this Hon'ble Court deems fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case."
