This intra-Court appeal has been filed against the order dated 27.8.2018 passed in writ petition No.16571 of 2018 by which learned Writ Court has held that the Building Officer is competent to pass appropriate order for demolition of illegal structure, which is contrary to the sanctioned layout and was of the opinion that the Municipal Corporation, Indore is free to take appropriate action forthwith in accordance with law for removing the unauthorized/illegal construction in light of the order dated 20.7.2018 and also observed that the appellant shall be free to submit an application for compounding in respect of 10% unauthorized construction within seven days and the Commissioner shall decide the same in accordance with law within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of impugned order and dismissed the writ petition.

2. Brief facts of the case are that the appellant/company has purchased the building through a registered sale deed dated 27.09.2012 and is the owner of Plot No.12, Municipal No.575, Block No.34, M.G. Road, Indore. The said property is having a six storeys building; basement plus ground floo
