The petitioners, Church of North India have approached this court for a innocuous direction to respondent No.1 to address on an application submitted to him bringing to his notice several irregularities and illegalities in the functioning of Society running the educational Institutution known as 'Indore Christian College', particularly in the matter of constitution and financial condition with further prayer in the form of direction to take suitable measures under section 32 of the Madhya Pradesh Society Registrikaran Adhiniyam, 1973 (for short 'the Adhiniyam). On notice, respondent Nos.4,5 and 6 represented by Shri K.N.Gupta has filed a preliminary objection against maintainability of the writ petition on the premise that the application so filed since is not in conformity with the requirements of law as contemplated under sub-section (2) of Section 32 of the Adhiniyam, the said application is not maintainable and therefore, no effective relief can be granted by this Court under Article 226 of th
