1. This Criminal Revision under Section 438 read with Section 442 and 447 of the BNSS, 2023 is preferred challenging the legality of order dated 21.08.2025 passed in MJCR No.354/2025 by Principal District Judge, Neemuch whereby the application of revision petitioner under Section 482 of BNS, 2023 for transferring the ST No.22/2024 from the Court of First Additional Session, Court, Neemcuh to another Court, has been dismissed.
2. Facts in brief are that Crime No.43/2024 registered at Police Station Neemuch Cantt District Neemuch on the report of revision petitioner, a report under Section 173(2) of Cr.P.C, 1973 was submitted under Section 341, 307, 419, 420, 346, 120-B, 201 read with Section 34 of IPC and under Section 25, 27 and 29 of the Arms Act, 1959 disclosing involvement of 11 persons. It was stated that one accused died and against two accused persons, investigation was kept open. The final report was submitted on 03.05.2024. The case was made over to the Court of
