ORDER This petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed by the applicants challenging the order dated 25.10.2010 passed by the Tenth Additional Sessions Judge, Gwalior in Criminal Revision No. 503/2010, whereby the criminal revision preferred by the petitioners was dismissed. The said order upheld the order dated 20.08.2010, whereby the complaint under Sections 195 read with 340 of the Cr.P.C., filed by the petitioners seeking cognizance under Sections 193, 463, 467, and 471 of the Indian Penal Code against the respondents, was dismissed.

2. In brief, the facts of the case are that the applicants and respondents belong to the same family. Late Shyamrao Shinde was the grandfather of the applicants, father of non-applicant No.1, and father-in-law of non-applicant No.2. Upon his death, his widow Sitabai and sons Yashwantrao, Gajanan, Padurang, and Surajirao Shind
