ORDER This petition is filed seeking the following reliefs :

(i) To issue a writ in the nature of mandamus to direct the respondent- authorities to take appropriate action against the applicant and make fair investigation in the matter in FIR dated 03.12.2024 vide Crime No.200/2024 punishable under Sections 332(c), 296, 115(2), 351(2)(3)

(5) of BNS.

(ii) Any other relief as deemed fit and proper in the circumstances of this case, along with the cost of this writ petition be also awarded.
