1. This first application has been filed by applicant under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023 for grant of regular bail in connection with Crime No. 119 of 2025 registered at Police Station- Biora Dehat, District- Rajgarh (M.P.) for offence punishable under Section s 115 (2), 296, 351(3), 3(5) and 109(1) of the BNS, 2023. Applicant is in judicial custody since 19/05/2025.

3. Perused the grounds for grant of bail stated in the application, case diary and the relevant material on record.

Learned counsel for the applicant in addition to the grounds Signature Not Verified Signed by: AMOL mentioned in the application submits that the applicant is falsely implicated in the alleged offence. He has not committed the alleged offence. There was scuffle between two neighbouring agriculturists over installation of wire fencing on the boundary of agricultural field. Both the parties had assaulted each other. It is a case of free fight. Purushottam, one of the accused in present matter, has sustained fracture of finger in the incident.
