2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the office has pointed out the default in respect of non-mentioning of the cause title in the certified copy of the impugned order-Annexure P/5. It has bee submitted that such copy has not been made available to the petitioners from the concerning court and, therefore, cannot be filed alongwith the impugned order. However, it has been submitted that the cause title has been reproduced from the plaint's cause title.

3. Considering the submission of the counsel for the petitioners and for the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. The default pointed out by the Registry is hereby ignored.
