ORDER This petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioners for quashing of the FIR bearing Crime No.632/2016, registered at Police Station Ambah, District Morena for offence under Sections 498-A ,/34 of IPC and consequential proceedings.
2. Earlier on 01.07.2019, a prayer was made by the learned counsel for the petitioners that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition in respect of petitioners No.1, 2 and 3 and today also, same prayer is made by him.
3. Prayer is allowed.
4. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn in respect of the petitioners No.1, 2 and 3.
