ORDER This order shall govern the disposal of M.Cr.C. No.42973/2025, 43003/2025 and 42991/2025 as they have arisen out of the same crime No.12/2025 registered at P.S. Crime Brnach, Indore.

1. They are heard. Perused the case diary / challan papers.
2. These bail applications have been filed by the applicants under Section 483 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 / 439 of Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 , as they are implicated in connection with Crime No.12/2025 registered at Police Station Crime Branch, Indore (MP) for offence punishable under Section 318(4), 316(4), 111(4) of BNS, 2023. The applicant are lodged in jail since 01/04/2025.
3. Counsel for the applicants has submitted that the parties have entered into a compromise and have settled their dispute out of the Court and the complainant/objector has no objection. Hence, it is submitted that the bail applications be allowed and the applicants be released on bail.
4. Counsel for the objector has also submitted that she has no objection if the applications are allowed and the applicants are released on bail as the parties have settled their dispute.
