under section 397 of the Cr.P.C., 1973 is preferred challenging the legality of order dated 22.01.2025 in ST No.46/2023 by the Additional Judge to the Court of Additional Sessions Judge, Sanwer, District Indore (M.P.) whereby an application under section 61 of the Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam , 2023 preferred by revision petitioner has been rejected.
