ORDER In compliance of the order passed by this Court on 19.9.2025, Shri Subhash Chandra Baghel, Town Inspector, Police Station Gwarighat, Jabalpur, is present before this court. He has submitted that copy of the Adhar card could not be attached with the case diary because Adhar card, which was seized, was sent for FSL examination and copy could not be attached to the case dairy. He has acknowledged the mistake and tendered his apology.

2. The apology is accepted with a direction that he shall be more sensitive about the case dairy in future and there shall not be any documents missing in the case diary.

3. His presence is exempted.
