Counsel for the victim also opposes the application by submitting a written objection through IA No.12572/2025 on the ground that ingredients of sections 107 of the IPC are completely there in this case and supports the case of prosecution and release of the appellants at this stage would severely prejudice the victim and undermine public confidence in the Justice system and no irreparable injury or miscarriage of justice will be caused to the appellants if sentence is suspended. The objection was submitted with the affidavit of Satyanarayan Gotarwal who is brother of the deceased.
