ORDER This petition is filed for quashment of FIR/charges under sections 420, 467, 468, 471 & 120-B of IPC in the pending Sessions Trial No.166/2019 against the petitioners after compromise of compoundable offence as per order-sheet dated 09.12.2024.

2. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that dispute is of civil nature and the offences can be quashed looking to the judgment of Hon'ble Supreme Court in K.Bharthi Devi and another Vs. State of Telangana and another, (2024) 10 SCC 384, specifically in view of paragraph 32 which is reproduced below:-
