ORDER This repeat Appeal (third) under section 14A(2) of the SC &

ST (Prevention of Atrocities Act, 1989 is preferred against the order dated 18.08.2025 in SC ATR No.18/2025 by Special Judge (SC & ST (POA) Act, 1989, whereby the trial court has rejected the application filed under section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 by the appellant seeking bail in connection with crime no.623/2024 registered at police station Industrial Area, Jaora, district Ratlam for the offence punishable under sections 281, 125(2), 109, 3(5) of BNS, 2023 and section 3(2)(v) of the SC & ST (POA) Act, 1989.
