ORDER By this petition preferred under Article 226 of the Constitution of India , the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:-

" i. issue a writ in the nature of mandamus to transfer the Investigation to Respondent No. 6 while calling the record for supervision.

ii. Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus and superintendent and monitor the investigation if done by respondent no. 5.

iii. Issue any other writ, order or direction as this Hon‘ble Court deems fit to do justice with the petitioner"

2. Learned counsel for the respondent/State has produced the case diary from which it is evident that the investigation in the matter is being conducted by respondent No. 5. Various documents have been collected and statements of witnesses have been recorded and query in respect of the injury suffered by petitioner
