ORDER This petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been preferred by defendants/petitioners being aggrieved by the impugned order dated 20.08.2025 passed in Civil Suit No.54-A of 2024 by 3rd Civil Judge, Junior Division, Datia whereby the trial Court has dismissed the applications filed by petitioners under Order 8 Rule 1(3) of CPC and under Order 6 Rule
