ORDER By invoking inherent powers of this Court, present petition has been preferred by petitioners under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. seeking quashment of FIR bearing Crime No.310/2024 registered at Police Station Mehgaon, District Bhind for the offence punishable under Sections 109 (1), 296, 115 (2) and 3 (5) of BNS , 2023 against the petitioners as well as all consequential proceedings.

2. Alongwith the petition, the petitioners and the respondents no.2 to 4, have filed I.A. Nos.11012/2025 and 11013/2025 stating therein that the dispute between the parties has been resolved and they have entered into compromise with no intention to pursue the matter further.
