ORDER By way of this petition, the petitioner has challenged the orders Annexures P-1, P-2 and P-3. By the order Annexure P-1, the petitioner has been awarded penalty of withholding one increment with cumulative effect by the Deputy Inspector General of Police. By the order Annexure P-2, the appeal against the said order has been rejected by the Additional Director General of Police, Bhopal Zone, Bhopal and by the order Annexure P-3, a mercy appeal against the said order has been rejected by the Director General of Police.

2. The petitioner was working as a Constable in Police Station, Javar, District Sehore and he was charge-sheeted with the charge that in the intervening night of 01.08.2018-02.08.2018 six accused persons who were accused of Crime No.187/2018 and Crime No.201/2018 for offences under Sections 457, 380 of I.P.C. fled from the Police Station
