Shri Harshal Pandey, learned counsel alongwith the petitioner.

Shri Kushal Goyal, Dy. A.G. for the respondent/State.

ORDER By this petition preferred under Article 226 of the Constitution of India , the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:-

" i. May your lordship be pleased pass an appropriate order with immediate effect for prevention of further harassment and humiliation of the petitioner by the respondents .

ii. May your lordship be pleased to take appropriate steps to ensure that respondents does not contact or bother petitioner and her husband let them live their life in a normal manner and may it pleases your lordship pass an appropriate order to ensure fair investigation in the FIR No. 182/2025.

iii. May it pleases your lordship to transfer the case from the rajendranagar police station crime branch indore or in any other appropriate police station as per the wisdom of the honorable court in order to grant justice.

iv. May it pleases your lord ship to instruct Indore police to kindly do a through investigation of both the matters i.e kanadia p.s and thr rajendranagar ps the matter and add respondent no 2,3, 4 and 5 in the FIR against the respondent no 1, as respondent’s has committed acid attack , fraud , cheating and forgery with the petitioner and other people.

v.May it pleases your lord ship to pass an appropriate order for immediate arrest of the respondent no | and vi. May it pleases your lordship to pass an order with appropriate cost as the petitioner and her family members are humiliated and Signature Not Verified harassed because of act and action of the respondents and respondents has committed acid attack , forgery of valuable security , fraud ,cheating and other crimes with the petitioner.

vii. May it please your lordship that the petitioner has suffered a loss of rupees rs.75 lakhs in words rupees seventy five lakhs rupees only and additional legal expenses of rs. 80000 words eighty thousand rupees due to respondents greed and_ their intention to fight with the petitioner and harass the petitioner. Therefore may it pleases your lordship, direction for recovery of said amount be passed in petitioner favor in order to compensate the losses of the petitioner.

viii May it pleases your lordship the petitioner requests the honorable court to hear him out and grant justice.

ix. That the applicant is suffering hell from 2022 year hence request for any such other and further order /orders as this honorable court may deem fit and proper in interest of justice."

2. On the petition, learned counsel for the respondent/State was directed to seek instructions.

3. Learned counsel for the respondent/State has submitted that the investigation in the matter is under progress and statements of various witnesses have been recorded. The FIR in the matter has already been registered and it would be ensured that the investigation is done in a fair and proper manner.

4. Learned counsel for the respondent/State has also produced a case diary from a perusal of which it is seen that a complaint was made against the petitioner and her husband by the complainant Priyanka as regards giving of threats on mobile and harassing through messages on which an FIR No. 103/2025 has been registered under Section 351(4) of BNS and the matter is pending investigation in which the petitioner has not cooperated at all. She is not receiving the notice under section 35 (3) of the BNSS despite repeated efforts by the police to serve the notice upon her. On the other hand, she has been levelling allegations against the police authorities
