ORDER This is the first application filed by the applicant under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of anticipatory bail relating to Crime No.25 of 2025 registered at Police Station Mahila Thana Betul, District Betul (M.P.) for the offence under Section 69 of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 .

2. It is pointed out that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the case and he has not committed any offence in any manner. The applicant and the victim were known to each since 2020 and are major. Allegation of forceful physical relation was made for the first time in the year 2024. The charge- sheet is filed in the case.
