CRIMINAL REVISION No. 3468 of 2025 I.A.No.10821/2025 is preferred seeking exemption from surrender in this criminal revision preferred for challenging the judgment dated 08.07.2025 in CRA No.75/2024 by Sessions Judge, Neemuch, M.P arising out of judgment dated 28.09.2024 in SCNIA No.418/2022 by JMFC, Neemuch whereby the revision petitioner/applicant has been convicted under section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 and sentenced to 6 months RI and compensation of Rs.1,59,805/- with default stipulation of 3 months additional RI.

CRIMINAL REVISION No. 3466 of 2025 I.A.No.10816/2025 is preferred seeking exemption from surrender in this criminal revision preferred for challenging the judgment dated 08.07.2025 in CRA No.76/2024 by Sessions Judge, Neemuch, M.P arising out of judgment dated 28.09.2024 in SCNIA No.419/2022 by JMFC, Neemuch whereby the revision petitioner/applicant has been convicted under section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 and sentenced to 6 months RI and compensation of Rs.1,75,788/- with default stipulation of 3 months additional RI.

CRIMINAL REVISION No. 3482 of 2025 I.A.No.10839/2025 is preferred seeking exemption from surrender in this criminal revision preferred for challenging the judgment dated 08.07.2025 in CRA No.74/2024 by Sessions Judge, Neemuch, M.P arising out of judgment dated 28.09.2024 in SCNIA No.417/2022 by JMFC, Neemuch whereby the revision petitioner/applicant has been convicted under section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 and sentenced to 6 months RI and compensation of Rs.1,38,970/- with default stipulation of 3 months additional RI.
