ORDER In view of the recent judgment of coordinate Bench in W.P. No.

31235/2024 (Pradeep Kumar Lal Vs. The State of Madhya Pradesh & others) the application for conversion of MP into W.P. is rejected because miscellaneous appeal is maintainable.

2. Heard on merits.

3. By way of this petition challenge is made to order Annexure P/1 dated 08.11.2023 whereby the Additional Commissioner has directed mutation to take place on the basis of the will. The will is a disputed will because it is disputed by the other side which is not a beneficiary to the will.

4. Recently the matter in respect of the mutation on the basis of disputed will has been decided by Full Bench of this Court in W.P. No.

3499/2022 dated 14.02.2025 in the following manner:-
