(a) issue a writ of certiorari and/or any other writ, order or command and call upon the papers and proceedings of case No. 17/IDR/22 pending before Labour Court Pithampur and after going through the legality, validity and propriety of the impugned order, this Hon'ble Court be pleased to quash and/or set aside the impugned order (Annexure-P/1) dated 17.07.2025 (b) to issue any other writ, direction or order which this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the interest of justice in favour of petitioner along with cost of litigation.
