1. With the consent of learned counsel for the rival parties, matter is heard finally. 2. The instant writ petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India takes exception to the order dated 07/04/2025 passed by the Additional Commissioner, Chambal Division, Morena, whereby, second appeal preferred by the respondents No. 3 to 5 under section 44(2) of MPLRC, 1959 challenging the order dated 19/09/2024 passed by the Sub Divisional Officer, Gohad, District Bhind (first appellate authority) has been allowed and the order dated 19/09/2024 passed by the first appellate authority has been set aside, thereby, maintaining the mutation order dated 19/09/2017 passed by the Tehsildar, Gohad, District Bhind.
