The applicant is aggrieved of the judgment dated 3.9.2025 passed in Cr.A. No.72 of 2018 by learned IIIrd Additional Sessions Judge, Sidhi dismissing the appeal of the appellant therein arising out of judgment dated 14.05.2018 passed by the learned J.M.F.C. Churhat, District Sidhi, M.P. in Criminal Case No.322 of 2007 whereby applicant has been convicted and sentenced under Section 326 of IPC (on two counts) to undergo S.I. for two years and fine of Rs.500/-.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that if applicant is in jail and if not released on bail, then the purpose of filing this revision would become futile. Therefore, it is prays that execution of jail sentence of the applicant be suspended and he be
