ORDER

1. This petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is filed feeling aggrieved by order dated 20.05.2024 whereby the trial Court has rejected the application dated 14.08.2023 filed under Section 45 of the Evidence Act for examination of the Cheque(s) by hand-writing expert.

2. The exposition of the facts giving rise to the present petition is as under :-

(a) The petitioner is facing trial for offence punishable under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act. The petitioner filed an application dated 12.07.2023 under Section 45 of the Evidence Act inter alia stating that he has taken loan of Rs.1,00,000/-(One Lakh) from Premnarayan on 25.01.2020.
