1. The present Civil Revision No.417 of 2008 under Section 19 of the Madhya Pradesh Madhyastham Adhikaran Adhiniyam, 1983 has been preferred by the applicant/petitioners against the award dated 28.06.2008 passed by the Madhya Pradesh Arbitration Tribunal, Bhopal in Case no. 46/2002, whereby the claim of the petitioner was rejected on the ground of limitation.

2. For the sake of convenience, the contractor applicant shall be referred as petitioner and respondent.

3. Petitioner has taken the following grounds in revision that the learned Tribunal has exercised jurisdiction not vested by law and passed the award in a very casual manner. All findings of learned Tribunal are perverse on record. Tribunal has failed to see the post of Superintendent Engineer having been abolished with effect from
