1. This Criminal Revision under S.397,401 of Cr.P.C. has been filed against the order dated 29-9-2012 passed by 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Bhind in Criminal Appeal No. 246/2012 affirming the order dated 18-6-2012 passed by J.M.F.C., Bhind in case No. 46 of 2011, by which the application filed by the respondent under S.12 of The Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 was allowed and the custody of the minor daughters namely Ms. Pransi aged about 6 years and Sheetal aged about 4 years was given to the respondent, the applicant was directed to provide accommodation in the house as well as to pay Rs. 2,000 per month to the respondent as well as to her minor daughters Ms. Pransi and Ms. Sheetal by way of monetary relief.
