This petition has been filed under S.482 of Cr.P.C. against the order dated 10.8.2018 passed by the Sessions Judge, Khandwa in Criminal Revision No.65/2018 whereby; learned Sessions Judge affirmed the order dated 03.07.2018 passed by the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Distt.
